Global Kitchen at Savour Kilkenny
The Global Kitchen 2017 was a great success and Savour patrons were again treated to delightful tastes from around the world.
If you would like to try these recipes for yourself or if you missed the Global Kitchen demonstrations, all the recipes have been compiled into a recipe book by Lia Mertens. From Israel to Japan and Poland to Malawi, Germany and much more, there was surely a lot to savour at the Global Kitchens this year!
